In the spirit of the New Year, we're trying something new and improving: starting on the 29th January, the phenomenal Sonal Thakrar will host monthly immersive Crystal Alchemy Sound sessions up in our Marx Room as an exclusive members' perk. 

A high-flying lawyer by day, Sonal became entranced by yoga in 2008, and delved headlong into a journey of discovery of the relaxing and restorative properties of her practices. She found that this complemented and enhanced her life, as summed up in a splendid quote: ‘The Heart of the Yogini feeds the intellect of the Lawyer’.
