As we start to emerge from the introspection of ‘Wintering’, we welcome the first blooms of Spring with full abundance to the pathways of illumination to the lighter warmer days ahead, cleansing and purifying. The fruits of our winter harvest flowering with growth. We clear the way to make space to celebrate equal day and night as we travel towards the Spring Equinox.

The retreat will open with the vibration of our intentions, mudra and breath - setting the scene at the start of the journey, before flowing through a movement practice and guided breathwork (pranayama). The journey continues with restoratives into a meditation, leading into a guided yoga nidra, so that we are open and spacious to receive the Power of Crystal Alchemy Sound.

Be prepared for a fully immersive transformational experience to nourish and re-connect to your true essence.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat if you have one, otherwise there will be some spares at the studio.

• Eye pillow/eye mask or a scarf, or other item of clothing to cover the eyes during the Sound Journey.

How to get There:

• Within walking distance of Woodside Park and West Finchley Tube Station - Northern Line Underground.

• The closest pay and display car parks are Castle Road Car Park and Woodhouse Road Car Park.

All other props will be at the studio inclusing bolsters, blankets and blocks. There will also be hot chai and snacks during the mingle.

Every experience is unique to the individual and will differ with every sound journey.

Nurturing a state of deep relaxation, the Alchemy Sound Bowls will meet you exactly where you are, the healing is there if you are open to it.

Please note Crystal Sonic Sound Therapy is suitable for many people, however, there are a few conditions that are known contraindications. These include people with epilepsy, fitted pacemakers, or those in the first trimester of pregnancy. Please speak to me first if you have any of these conditions before joining the Sound Journey element part of this day.
