Celebrating the peak of the longest day in the year, join Sonal in this special Summer Solstice Mini Retreat as we come together to honour the illumination of the rays of sunlight as it shines down with abundance; nature is bright and full of life.
The mini retreat will open with the vibration of our intentions, mudra and breath - setting the scene at the start of the journey, before flowing through a movement practice as we explore different variations of Surya Namaskars to Surya mantras, each round a powerful offering as a moving meditation and devotion. Expect the unexpected, some twists and turns and maybe we may even flirt with our comfort zones!
We will the continue into a guided breathwork (pranayama), restoratives, guided meditation, leading into a yoga nidra, so that we are open and spacious to receive the Power of Crystal Alchemy Sound. Pouring that energy into the Alchemy Bowls, they will be harmonised by the music theory of sound to play the vibration of Summer, a vibrant boost of Vitamin D through the resonance of sound.
Be prepared for a fully immersive transformational experience where you will meet yourself on the mat.

What to Bring:
- Eye mask or a scarf, or other item of clothing to cover the eyes during the Sound Journey.
Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and all props will be provided.
Every experience is unique to the individual and will differ with every sound journey.
Nurturing a state of deep relaxation, the Alchemy Sound Bowls will meet you exactly where you are, the healing is there if you are open to it.
Please note Crystal Sonic Sound Therapy is suitable for many people, however, there are a few conditions that are known contraindications. These include people with epilepsy, fitted pacemakers, or those in the first trimester of pregnancy. Please speak to me first if you have any of these conditions before joining the Sound Journey element part of this day.
Spaces will be limited as we reduce the numbers to create a more intimate space.
