Travelling through the Labyrinth into a fascinating in-depth transmission to transform the energy through the “Eight Stages of the Intervals” starting with an energising Vinyasa movement meditation, cleansing Pranayama, soothing guided Mediation recalibrating Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath played specifically to the music theory of sound by tuning into the resonance of the space created by playing two different bowls and notes, the quality of the experience of each ‘Stage’ enhancing the artistry of the sound healing practices.

Sonal will weave a soundscape of the ‘Eights Stages of the Intervals’ with her Crystal Tones Alchemy Sound Bowls and Koshi Elemental Chimes. Be prepared for a fully immersive transformational experience to nourish, re-connect to your true essence, laugh and feel uplifted and ready for the next cycle of the year.
