Travelling through the Labyrinth into a fascinating in depth transmission into music theory of sound and applying that practically with the Alchemy Sound Bowls, we will navigate the ‘Eight Stages of the Intervals’, tuning into the resonance of the space created by playing two different bowls and notes, the quality of the experience of each ‘Stage’ enhancing the artistry of the sound healing practices.

We will open the practice with the vibration of our intentions setting the scene at the beginning, before being immersed into a Crystal Alchemy Sound Journey. Sonal will then weave a soundscape of the ‘Eights Stages of the Intervals’ with her Crystal Tones Alchemy Sound Bowls and Koshi Elemental Chimes. Be prepared for a fully immersive Sound experience that has a deep relaxing and highly restorative effect on your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. The vibration of your intentions soaring high and expansive.

Every experience is unique to the individual, and will differ with every sound journey.  Nurturing a state of deep relaxation, the Alchemy Sound Bowls will meet you exactly where you are, the healing is there if you are open to it.
